Sleep
Sleep disorders (somnipathy) is a disorder that affects your sleeping patterns. This can interfere with your physical, mental, and emotional functions.

There are several types of sleep disorders. Some of these are:

Bruxism: Griding and clenching of teeth while sleeping. This can be very painful on your jaw.

Restless Leg Syndrome: (RLS): An irresistible urge to move legs.

Sleepwalking: Being asleep and walkng around without knowing.

What we are finding recently is that stress can cause many of these sleep disorders. However, it always isn't the case. Sometimes we need to turn to sleep aids.

Sleep Aids

Sleep medicine has come a long way and is available over the counter. Many of our regular aspirin brands has their own "pm" medicine that helps sleep, like Tylenol PM and Advil PM. They simply add Diphenhydramine HCl which is a sleep aid.

However to get anything stronger you may need a prescription and should consult your doctor.

However, ClickonHealth has a great FREE guide to sleep disorders. It can help you with the latest treatments, sleep apnea, and how it can affect you. Free Sleep Guide - Get Your Free Guide to Sleep Disorders.

There's one thing that doesn't make sense to me. If someone has a restless leg syndrome - why wouldn't that person simply get up and do some walking - instead of taking medication...
