The New Morning Banana Diet

A fad diet in Japan has those who want to lose some weight going bananas in the morning. The diet calls for bananas and lukewarm water for breakfast and whatever you want for the rest of the day. The banana diet craze has had banana sales in Japan increasing over 80%!
The Banana Diet is:
Breakfast: Bananas (two or more) with warm water
Lunch: Anything you want to eat, no restrictions
Snack: 3pm
Dinner: Eat before 8pm, no dessert (eat anything else)
Sleep: Before midnight
Nutritionists are calling this diet a "disaster", but noted that some people could actually lose weight on this diet. However for most people this diet won't work.
